Sometimes we just need to get back to basics, to get our life back on track. Let's walk together towards better mental health.
I just want to take a moment to thank each of you for coming to this page and reading about my journey and my goals of raising awareness for those suffering mental illness and depression. And for those of us who have survived a suicide attempt and aren't sure how to move forward. I truly encourage you all to follow my journey, then go out and have a journey of your own.
